Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Operations Manager to oversee our business operations and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, improving efficiency, and ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of business operations.

Successful candidate profile:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in business management or a related field, with a proven track record of driving operational success.
• Strong understanding of business processes, financial management, and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software (e.g., ERP systems).

• Working with the US Department of Defense
• Working with DoD security procedures
