Oshkosh AirVenture EAA is one of the largest annual gatherings of aviation enthusiasts and companies in aviation and aerospace industry and takes place from 22nd until 28th of July in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This year, it is 50th time this gathering is held at Oshkosh and our representatives are also there.
This airshow is sponsored by the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA), an international organization based in Oshkosh, and is the largest of its kind in the world. It lasts for a week and besides the thrilling air show and aviation highlights, there is also possibility to see aerial firefighting and, of course, many different experimental aircrafts, including those with PBS engines. This year also includes a celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Boeing 747 and 50th anniversary of moon landing. There is also a performance by Air Force Heritage Flight Foundation, featuring U.S. Air Force F-35A Lightning II Demonstration Team.
